 The courses cost £450 per week. (with a special offer of £420 for the week 5-12 June) for full board, (twin-bedded rooms), course fees and excursions.
There are a number of single rooms available for a supplement of £50 (£30 for the week 5 - 12 June).
There is a £60 transfer charge from Toulouse airport to La Roane. (£45 for the 5th June, £90 for the 21st August from Rodez)
Please send a deposit of £130. This will secure your booking. If booking within 6 weeks of the start of the course, the total amount is due.
Cheques should be postdated as follows:
Send a post-dated cheque for the balance to be dated as shown below. (You may also send a cheque on the due date). Alternatively if you wish to pay by bank transfer, make a note to send it on the dates as shown below.
The balance comes to £450 less £130 deposit = £320 + £50 single supplement if required + £60 if you wish to take advantage of our transfer sevice from Toulouse airport.
If your travel plans change, then obviously this money will be refunded.
For the week 5 - 12 June, send £290 balance + £30 single supplement + £45 transfer.
For the week 21 - 28 August, the Rodez transfer costs £90.

Cancellations: 10 days or more before the start of the course,the deposit will be retained but the balance will be returned. From 10 days to the start of the course, the entire fee will be retained, apart from transport costs.
