This film is the story of two young men living and working in the craziest most corrupt and certainly one of the most violent cities on earth. One is forced to bend the law in order to protect his
business and the other tries to uphold the law but in truth there is no law to uphold.
One of the characters constantly fears for his life, surviving kidnapping and an assassination
attempt, the other deliberately risks his life every day. One is a multi-millionaire and the other earns just sixty dollars a month.
The documentary tell the story of what can only be described as the 'Wild East'.
